I have seen countless people, on the Brawl Stars Reddit, post about how they were wrongfully banned. This needs to stop. I decided to make this petition when my friend, who I have been playing Brawl Stars with for years, was wrongfully banned because someone tried to steal their account. They contacted Supercell support and they basically don’t care once someone has been banned and they don’t take the time to do any investigation at all. They failed my friend who has been playing for years and loves the game. They lost all their progress, skins, and time that they spent playing the game, and Supercell is happy to discard them once things get a little complicated. Supercell should have gone out of their way to help my friend recover their account, instead they banned them and basically told them to get over it. We need a better ban system that is in favor of the players, and justice for all those who have been banned for reasons that are out of their control.
