We, the undersigned residents, are formally petitioning management to immediately address the severe overgrowth of stagnant algae and organic scum in the community pond.
The current lack of water circulation and filtration has created a significant health, pest, and odor hazard right outside our homes. The stagnant water is actively breeding heavy mosquito swarms and emitting foul smells, preventing residents from safely and comfortably enjoying the shared common areas and balconies we pay for. Not to mention the ever increasing number of dead pigeons and turtles around the shores of our pond.
We love our community and request that management fulfills its duty to keep the premises safe and sanitary by hiring a professional lake/pond management service to clean the existing algae mats so that the fountains may work properly  to prevent stagnation moving forward.
