Hello Everyone,

As some of you may know, Javier has started his "Bulking/Health" journey a few years ago and has come such a long way! I'm such a proud cousin! However, when I see his profile photo icon pop up at the top of my "Home" page on Instagram, I don't even recognize the person I'm seeing. Help me in convincing my dear cousin that he's no longer the guy that he's holding on to in that picture. He has come such a long way. Help me in reminding him that all that hard work isn't for nothing and that he should embrace change. And that starts with changing his default picture. Thank you for taking the time out in hearing my cries.
