NRPCP is a multi-agency effort to control and eliminate rabies in the country,that lead by the Department of Agriculture (DA) and Department of Health ( DOH ).

Rabies is a preventable viral disease most often transmitted through the bite of a rabid animal. The rabies virus infects the central nervous system of mammals, ultimately causing disease in the brain and death. If rabies is not treated, the disease is fatal. It is a preventable viral disease , which is why it is very important to know .What an exposure to rabies may be affect our body,and in addition to understanding the disease and how it is transmitted
