Constitutional Right to Housing

In the light of artificially created housing crisis in Ireland, driven by the vision of the mighty ones to making even more financial profit, a question of a Constitutional right to housing arose. There is a  lack of legal protection for people who are homeless. There is very little support to those in need of suitable housing. There is no right to housing in Irish law.

Access to adequate housing is fundamental to survival and one of the very basic rights without which all other human rights are meaningless !!

A constitutional right to housing would serve as a cornerstone of basic protection against homelessness.

Please help to tackle the housing crisis in Ireland. Please help to fight the homelessness by signing the petition. We do not do this only for ourselves, we do it for the future of Ireland - our children.
