Attention Hazelview Properties Head Office

We, the residents at Glen Terrace Apartments, deserve better security at our building. Theft is a widespread problem in Hamilton, and several residents have complained about theft and vandalism. A vehicle was stolen recently from the parking garage. The surveillance footage reveals that the perpetrator was in the parking facility for an extended period of time, looking at several vehicles. If there were a security guard working around the clock (or at least throughout the night) and watching the surveillance cameras in real time, this criminal activity could have been easily detected and the police would have had time to respond. Instead, the perpetrator is unlikely to be apprehended, and he (or other criminals) could be back to steal other vehicles or their contents. 

We have suggested one possible solution to the problem above. There could be others. The main point is that the security at our building is clearly inadequate, and you (Hazelview Properties) need to take action to show that you care about the safety and security of your residents.
