On the 6th of may Bankoff sent their customers messages stating that Visa and Stripe have suspended Bankoff card services due to high volume of active users and transactions from Russia. Fast-forward over 7 weeks now, customers funds are still hanging both cash and crypto withdrawals from the platform. Bankoff is yet to update customers on the status of things. Bankoff should release customers funds and stop punishing us by withholding our money.
