This petition is a collective position by Ethiopians and individuals of Ethiopian origins against the undue interference of the United States and the European Union in the internal affairs of Ethiopia which is driven by ill-informed entities and deceitful outlets within the international media. The petition condemns any attempt by these forces that are hellbent to undermine Ethiopia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity   under the guise of human rights and humanitarian access. Therefore:

1. We demand that any acts that undermine the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ethiopia under the pretext of human rights and humanitarian support cease immediately.
2. We urge that those members of the international community and the media that are busy peddling distorted narratives about Ethiopia refrain from these subversive acts.
3. We urge the international community to stop the pressure to negotiate with groups known for destabilizing Ethiopia and the Horn of Africa and designated as terrorist organizations i.e., Tigray People’s Liberation Front (TPLF) and Shene.
4. We resolutely and urgently demand that all hostile forces keep their hands off Ethiopia-a country well known for its enduring values of independence, pride, and dignity.
5. We reject, in the strongest terms possible, any maneuver to unduly pressure Ethiopia as this would be construed as modern-day colonial conspiracies against the country.
