As days are passing by, the harrasment is increasing. The harrasment which the passengers are facing from ola & uber drivers. Issues : 

1. AC : we're paying a huge amount for transportation, but they aren't switching on the AC, in such summer days. 

2. Payment Mode : if we're paying them online, they won't accept it. The drivers are cancelling trips after keeping the passenger awaiting for a long time. 

3. Extra Money : The drivers are forceing passangers to get out of the cab if they're not agreeing to pay extra money! Sharing such an incident in the below link.

Now, the ola & uber drivers have surpassed every possible limit of harrasing the passengers. And ola & uber authority is just not paying any attention to this issue.  I want to raise this issue to consumer forum as well as to the transport department of ministry. More signature we can add here, more strongly we can oppose this harrasment.
