Petition against building a new Elphinstone service station at 2355 Harmony Way, Elphinstone (Ref: P394/2022).

The above service station application has been rejected by Mount Alexander Shire Council.  However, the Applicant has also made an application to VCAT to overturn this decision, which is due to be heard on 8th September 2022.  As a named objector our family is hoping to establish how many other people in the area agree with Council’s decision to reject this application and will present this to VCAT as part of our objection, please add you name.
