Reject Developers Planning Appeal on Our Sports Ground

Save Our Valuable Sports Ground by Requesting Appeal Rejection.
A Developer's Planning Application was Rejected and now they demand a Planning Appeal with Public Inquiry (APP/E5330/W/15/3129768). They ignore planning rejection and are using massive Financial Power to force through building on our needed Green Field, Community Open Space, Sports Ground. A Football Club Greenwich Borough FC (GBFC) have applied to take on the Site but the Developer rejected their £4M Restoration Proposal.
The Sports Ground is in Eltham London SE9 2EY and has been locked away by the Developers to get Planning Permission. There have been 18 attempts to get Planning Permission. We have defeated them all.
We are RAGED Residents (www.RAGEDRESIDENTS.ORG.UK). We represent over 500 homes around the Sports Ground as well as other Sports Clubs and bodies who wish to get the Sports Ground Restored.
GBFC want to Restore the Sports Ground and Return their exiled Football Club back into the Borough. They will provide Jobs, Youth Development, Health and Fitness Training as well as Sports and Recreational facilities for all the Community.
Please HELP us by Signing the Petition, You may also send us Emails (RAGEDRESIDENTS@RAGEDRESIDENTS.ORG.UK), which we will forward to the Inspector and you can get more details on our Website (WWW.RAGEDRESIDENTS.ORG.UK). We are supported by Greenwich Council, Sport England, London Marathon Trust and Fields In Trust. The London FA also want to see the site back in use.
The site is protected as Community Open Space, is a Green Field Site only ever used for Sports and Recreation and falls under protection by the National Planning Policy, The London Plan and Royal Borough of Greenwich (RBG), Core Strategy with Supporting Policies. RBG have also produced their Playing Pitch Strategy which also says this site is in and area of Deficiency of Local Parks and is needed as Sports Ground in the Borough.
Even so the Developer has huge financial power, taking on PR Consultants and spending fortunes on the processes and documentation to obtain planning permission. Now this has failed they are putting huge legal force behind their claim to overturn the Planning Application Rejection.
Not only that, this puts huge resource and financial pressure on Greenwich Council, Local Tax Payers and Local Residents to fight then again. And the Appeal and Public Inquiry costs vast amounts as well.
This is still a David and Goliath struggle and we still need all the Help and Support you can give us. We need your Petition Entries, Email Letters and any other way you think can help us.
Remember we have until 13th October 2015 to get your input. You can write directly to the Inspector:-
