Bring Lane County's Tobacco Ordinance to Voters
0 have signed. Let’s get to 200!
The Tobacco Ordinance passed in Lane County approved by a 3-2 vote by Lane County's Commissioners raises the legal age for buying and using tobacco products from 18 to 21.
American citizens are permitted to serve in the military and vote in Oregon at 18 years old; consequently, such an Ordinance should have the approval of Lane County voters.
