This petition is to request the use of the infrastructure bill to create a national bike-trail system. I believe it would be cost-effective to use pre-existing, but under utilized infrastructure to complete this goal, you could build a dynamic bike system on abandoned railroad beds for instance. This would benefit tourism, create new businesses, as well as connecting remote parts of the country, and help address health issues like obesity, and emotional issues due to isolation.
