The police officer and audio technician both perverted the course of justice in my sons rape case. Both knew consent had been gived by the 'victim' but they removed the consent that is on my sons phone from the transcript that had to be provided for trial. Had the officer in charge of the case given this supporting vital piece of evidence to the cps, there would have never been a case to answer too and there would have never been a trial. My son was found guilty of non consensual sex. My son is Innocent and the officer in charge of the case knew this. Now I have to prove its in the publics best interest to have this taken back to court. This petition is to ask the public if they agree to have my sons case taken back to court. The words of consent used are... 'give it to me now' during them having sex. The officer in charge of the case removed these words from the transcript, given to the trial and jury. My son therefore did not have a fair trial.
