We the citizens of the designated area of this petition seek both the Cllrs of Kirkstall ward but additionally the officers of Leeds City Council including its director and community officers of highways to provide resident permits to residents to stop the illegal parking caused by visitors to the area that include Yorkshire County Cricket fans, Leeds Rhinos fans and on both visitors to the area as well who block footpaths etc illegally during a match.
