Kulbhushan Jadhav’s death sentence is premeditated murder

Every human of the world who believes in human rights must react against this death sentence verdict of Pakistan's Army court.

The statement given by Pakistan -   "The spy was tried through Field General Court Martial under the Pakistan Army Act (PAA) and awarded the death sentence," said Pakistan's Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) in a statement.

> The major question arises here that , Why he was tried through Field General Court Martial under the Pakistan Army Act (PAA) ?

> Is he was an Pakistani Ranger?

> No not at all , he was falsely alleged in the charge of sabotage and spying.

> Pakistan must have given all human rights to prove himself not guilty.

> Which they don't !

> video statement by Kulbhusan Jadhav is not sufficient to prove him guilty , might be due to physical torture and pressure he had accepted it .

> He should have  been tried in public court of Pakistan , not in army court .

> Pakistan must give other proofs , other than that video ,which is impossible for them , as he is a common man not a spy .

>The proceedings that have led to the sentence against Jadhav are "farcical in the absence of any credible evidence" against him.

>Indian High Commission was not even informed that Jadhav was being brought to trial.

>The claim in the ISPR release that Jadhav was provided with a defending officer during the so-called trial is clearly absurd in the circumstances.

>If this sentence against an Indian citizen, awarded without observing basic norms of law and justice, is carried out, the government and people of World will regard it as a case of premeditated murder.
