Myself and many other feel that the current dress code is unreasonable and sexist. We wanted to make a change and let us wear what we feel comfortable in. The current dress code is target at mostly female students, for example crop tops or tank tops are not allowed. On a hot summer day students are not allowed to wear a tank top, students will be removed from learning and made either change or a possible detention for wanting to be comfortable. The school district has already made a change by allowing shorts be a appropriate length and we together can make a change to let our students be comfortable.
