The Peoria override is looking to not pass. This could seriously impact our lives in a negative way. Many elective classes will have to be cut to deal with the cash starving that the state isn’t enforcing on us. I and other in my classes believe that we need to take a stand and voice our opinions on this issue. If we can get enough students to go to the Peoria board meetings in November and January, we could change the outcome of the unfortunate situation we have been put in.
