We, the undersigned support the expansion of Misfit Doughnuts and Treats into the adjacent store, and the granting of a parking variance for the expansion.
Misfit Doughnuts and Treats has had a positive influence on the community. Parking has never been an significant issue. Although there is no parking lot the availability of parking on Monroe Ave and on nearby side streets combined with accessibility by foot, bicycle and bus is sufficient.
We therefore urge the Zoning Board of Rochester to approve the parking variance for Misfit Doughnuts and Treats to allow the proposed expansion to continue.
