This petition is to make those who bully and those who ignore it be held accountable for their actions.  A friend of mine, Chrystal Finney, has a teenager who attends Richland School in Giles County, TN. Joella Finney is a beautiful young lady with health issues such as Autism, OCD, and Tourette's.  Because of these medical conditions, the kids at her school bully her severely (kick, beat her with sticks, call her unacceptable names, etc) all while several teachers are grouped together at a distance talking and not paying attention to the students, which is one of their responsibilities. Several other students took videos of the bullying in progress instead of trying to stop it and shared the videos on a social media site.  Justice is still being sought for Joella.

I believe that all those who are involved in cases like this need to be held accountable (the bullies, their parents because they didn't teach their kids right, the teachers for not paying attention and controlling the students, along with the principal, Board of Education, and the sheriff).  Each one of these is responsible for the abuse that took place against Joella Finney.

I pray that if this petition goes through more parents will pay attention to their children and be involved in their school so they know how their children are forming as adults.  That they will raise their children to respect others for who they are such as those who are physically/mentally challenged, and if they don't they will be punished accordingly.
