Unhealthy Lifestyle? It's Choice
In today's world, many people lead unhealthy lifestyles. That is no longer a question. What is still unknown is the extent to which such lifestyles harm an individual, his or her immediate family, and society as a whole.
According to a recent World Health Organization (WHO) study, 60 percent of factors affecting an individual's health and quality of life are strongly tied to their lifestyle. This indicates that if a person maintains an unhealthy lifestyle, even if only a few negative habits, such as eating junk foods, are repeated frequently enough, his or her health will deteriorate. In short, the WHO research claims that millions of people live unhealthy lives, and as a result, they are more likely to suffer from illness, disability, and even death.
