Going back as long as presidents have held office, there was always a huge and smart rule... No longer then eight years or two different 4 year terms either back to back or nonconsecutive as was voted by the people.. After the end of the 2nd term (eight years total) they no longer can hold that title. I think and believe this should be mandatory for ALL positions in our US Government! We need a continuing cycle of Fresh idea and New thought process brought by new and fresh people. Holding a position for 30...40.. 50+ years is ridiculous. We need to stay "Of The People by the People for the People" and when they have been in office so long that there ideals no longer represent the current population of the US People, then we need persons with our same goals and views to be instated or voted into EACH of the different Government offices and there respective positions to properly represent us. With that said, its simple, No one person should be in these powerful enough of positions for so long! We need change...Change is a good thing!
