For far to long people have been unlawfully incarcerated, and treated unfairly. Its time to hold these county officers accountable for their violations of the Pennsylvania Constitution starting with article 7 which binds them to support, obey, and protect the U.S. constitution and the constitution of the commonwealth. Article 5 section 26 prohibits the court of common pleas and the orphans court to have the power of superior courts vested in the constitution. Time and time again people are incarcerated for non-payment of child support orders with no reguards to the individuals personal situations despite the fact the depqrtment of justice issued a dear colleague letter following a precidential case (turner vs. rodgers) which was addressed to all states and all title iv-d agencies, with specific guidelines in which all are to be following. The list of violations continues but only standing together can we accomplish a common goal of holding these officers and judges accountable as they do us with no reguard to our natural giving rights, god giving rights, and constitutional rights.
