We are on the verge of the potential World War III. As a citizen of Malaysia, the land that we share and love passionately, we couldn’t afford to stay and remain ignorant on what’s happening in the current international political’s atmosphere. 

Before Russia's invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, President Vladimir Putin of non-member of NATO had demanded that NATO promise to stop expanding east (to countries such as Ukraine, Georgia or Moldova), a condition that NATO refused.

On March 2, Malaysia voted in favour of the 11th Emergency Special Session of the UN General Assembly, which adopted the resolution entitled “Aggression Against Ukraine”. We have given a choices to choose “Abstained”, a truly non-aligned options but instead naively vote for “In Favour” on which following the EU and other NATO country’s stand for.

It’s time for us to unite and stand for what is righteous, truly being with our fellow countrymen, for the sakes of our country’s sovereignty by not jeopardising our dignity through abiding with others superpower country such as US and NATO nor Russia and CSTO or SCO as a POLITICAL PAWN. 

Our leaders should not be intimidate by their propaganda’s and urges to stand for our truly principles as a peaceful, non-aligned and ASEAN country that never related and participated in the internal conflict between Russia and Ukraine on which may causing further tensions and danger in our land. 

For the sakes of our national security and sovereignty, Malaysia should be free from any forms of bloc and stay neutral, in a spirit of ASEAN way. Your vote is truly significant and appreciated to bring awareness to our leaders that we are not willing to be International  Political Pawn for others Superpower, we are here stand for Malaysia as a rightfully sovereignty and independent Non-Aligned country.
