Erection of 257 dwellings on land south west of Pasture Lane and the north west of Appleby Drive Barrowford.

Building here will damage the countryside,affect the environment and impact the habitats of our wildlife. It will more than likely increase flood risks to lower Barrowford. Barrowford has already met its housing needs for 2014-2030. Pasture lane has unsubstantial access to the site.
