On December 3rd @5:12pm, my dog was hit by a car that was going 70mph down a 30mph road. Something me and my family loved so much has been taken away from us, and this isn’t the first time this has happened in my area. I want to put an end to the fast drivers, and I want people to be more aware of their surroundings. If the person was going any slower, and may have noticed my dog, he might be here right now.
