Driving without license is illegal in every estate, but most estates differentiate between operating a vehicle without a valid driver's license. If a minor age was caught driving without license,  it is possible that he might violate the rule and therefore punishable by a police,  for first offense would be 1,500, second offense would be 2,000, third offense would be 2,500 and for fourth offense would be 3,000 pesos and his parents or Guardians will be arrested. Driving without license is quite a serious case for minor.

A motorist may violate a driver's license requirement in a number of ways,  perhaps it was an honest mistake,  were he/she left his/her driver's license at home,  or maybe there was an attempt to circumvent a known driving restriction,  where he/she irrelingly drove despite knowing that his license was suspended driving under the influence.

Here are the most common type of violations related to driver's license:

-Driving with a license that has been temporarily suspended.

-Driving with an expired license.

-Driving with a license that has been permanently revoked.

-Failing to show proof a valid license when driving or operating a vehicle.

-Failing to apply for a state issued driver's license within the time allowed.

Writing this petition helps everyone to be informed that driving without license is illegal. We want to inform all parents and guardians to prevent cases of driving accidents caused about by being reckless and to advise teenage driver's without proper training to do legal and deciplinary actions in order to be safe at all times.
