Simply pets has been a favorite pet store for many. However, there’s something they aren’t letting you know. 
There is a serious mite infestation from their reptiles, and it’s gotten so bad that the small animals are getting them. 
they take improper care of animals, leading them to be unhealthy, unhappy, stressed, and even a few dead. 
A few people went undercover into these conditions, risking even their own animals health. (Thankfully that’s not the case.) during this, I have gotten videos and pictures showing some evidence. Along with horror stories of experiences. 
Many people have also commented on customer service. Stories of employees and even the owners and management, being rude and not showing interest in helping their customers. Following this, few have offered to help with the mites, but they were all told to “F” off. 
They are aware of this issue, it’s been going on for years. But, with the stubbornness from the owners, these animals continue to suffer from the neglect. The owners now claim there is no issue anymore, when clearly, it’s gotten much worse. 
My main goal is for these animals to be treated or confiscated. However, I’d be ok with the store closing all together. No animal should ever have to go through this. Will you help and sign this petition?
