Stop animal cruelty for self pleasure. Justice for kitten #JFK

During lockdown we all have spare time at our hands which we use to learn new things and entertain ourselves with various means and media.

Just with the same intentions, I logged on to Facebook and the first video is saw was this:

***WARNING FOR GRAPHIC CONTENT AGAINST ANIMALS***

https://www.facebook.com/100263884856718/posts/156006315949141/?vh=e

The content of the video horrified me and I bursted into tears. I have a two year old Labrador - Astro and I live with him in a stranger city. His company and compassion is what keeps me sane and relaxed from the chaos of a metro city. It’s impossible for me to imagine Astro in any sort of pain or discomfort. These pets are not just animals but part of our identity and family.

While there are kind people who are going out of their reach to help and rescue lots of stray and needful animals even in lockdown, there are some criminal minded heinous people who killed a kitten with their bare foot. For what? Some LIKES? VIEWS? PLEASURE? Or Just Like That?

I know it’s a long shot. I know this could be an old video uploaded now on Facebook (I’ve reported the video already), or may be not shot in India either. But a crime has been committed and criminal shall be punished.

Be it medical students throwing a puppy off the roof or killing their own dog due to old age by Dr. Sachan in Lucknow or throwing puppies by holding their feet into the fields in Punjab or putting puppies in a sack playing with them OR NOW THIS... It’s time that sane and conscious people come forward and help each other to stop animal cruelty around them and URGE THE GOVERNMENT TO INVOLE STRICT TO STRICT LAWS AGAINST ANIMAL CRUELTY.

These animals help us from psychological illness, save us by guarding us in difficult times, even fight against terrorism and crime hand in hand with our forces.
IT IS TIME THAT THWY GET THEIR DUE RESPECT, LOVE, and RIGHT TO EQUALITY.

PLEASE COME FORWARD AND HELP SIGN THIS PETITION.

Yours sincerely,
