Death Penalty is a capital punishment where a person is killed by the government as a punishment for doing a crime.

Records from the Philippine National Police (PNP) Directorate for Investigation and Detective Management revealed that the total crime volume in May 2019 is 38,284 as compared to 42,527 for the same period last year. This prove that the Duterte's administration are capable of handling and eliminating crimes in our country. All he need is to bring back this capital punishment to eliminate crimes and criminals in order to fullfil his duties as president.

Although crime rates are reduce by 10% this does not mean that our country is a safe place to lived.  Crimes is still present in various form, illegal drugs, human trafficking, murder, corruption is still a serious problem in our country. The Duterte administration taught he got rid of drugs but there are still emerging cases of it to which triggers him to push on bringing back death penalty.Duterte once said that we have not learned our lesson on the use of illegal drugs. His first approach on deterring illegal drugs was effective at first but there are still emerging drug cases which triggers him to wanting death penalty back.

Naturallty, human have a fear of death. Death penalty could resolve this undying issue on drugs. Although some people may debate that it is against human rights, it’ll clearly a way to discipline people to not do heinous crimes and possible annihilate illegal drug usage in our country.Death penalty can be the solution to this issue and any other issue because it puts death on a law breaker to discipline others not to break laws.
