I'm HUMAN, from INDIA, I wanted to complaint for Animal Torture. Today I saw a marriage there are approximate 60 people and they all are going on the street with loud music and behind the music car there are three (HORSES) with there mentors... In the music or in the music beats the mentors and BITING the HORSES for dance. I am upset to saw all these things really, I feel pain in my heart because its TORTURE.....

I have have started this petition for two reasons only:

1. The perpetrators should be strictly punished so that this incident serves as a deterrent and a lesson for those who harm animals.

2. To increase the penalty for animal cruelty because right now you can inflict the most unbearable on a dog, cat or any animal and will walk away by paying 10-50 rupees as fine

And according  to Section 11 (1) (a) to (o) of The Prevention of cruelty of animal act 1960 prescribe and enumerate the form of cruelty mentioned hereunder.

And Section 11 (1) (a) Beating, Kicking, overriding, overdriving, overloading, causing unnecessary pain o or suffering to any animal.
