The Senate 8 Bill, allows citizens to sue anyone they know who had an abortion or assisted in the abortion. This makes it ok for someone to be prosecuted for a personal choice, without knowing the reason behind it.  Without any connection to either parties that are having the abortion, a stranger has the power to punish on the grounds of "emotional damage".
