Penzance and the Penwith area is suffering from a desperate shortage of genuinely affordable, decent quality, secure homes.

We call on Cornwall Council to make this area the top priority for its plans to provide social housing 

Our communities need more first homes and less second homes.
Build them, buy them, convert existing buildings, renovate empty properties, do everything you can to create secure homes for local people.
