Because of the outbreak of the Coronavirus the DA will allow inmates to be released under certain criteria’s David is an Veteran with the most medals received to date in Pennsylvania who while incarcerated obtained his paralegal degree as well as started multiple organizations for reform , mentored inmates to change while incarcerated so that once released they will never return to jail . He has organized anti- violence campaigns as well as being a advocate for non violence in jails .
