Since special needs kids are not able to take the stand in court and 40% of these kids are being neglected and abused by the staff across the country it needs to be mandatory in these classrooms.  They need a voice. They need justice. Stop all this Abuse. Make is mandatory to have cameras in special needs classrooms in public schools. Parents are fed up! Please sign this to make this change!
