A new Pennsylvania law has been passed that mothers who use illegal drugs while pregnant can't be considered perpetrators of child abuse against their newly born children. This means that mothers who use cocaine, opiates, and other illegal substances while pregnant are now not held responsible to for the health of their newborn child. This law is outrageous and needs to be undone. Let us come together and demand for this atrocity to be changed.
