Instead of passing legislation to ensure all voters can safely and securely cast their ballot, the PA Legislature is fast-tracking a bill that would make it even harder for Pennsylvanians to vote.

House Bill 2626, and amendments introduced by Representative Garth Everett, puts Pennsylvania voters at risk: it would eliminate drop boxes -- a streamlined, safe option for voters casting their ballot by mail. It would also allow for out-of-county poll watchers -- clearing the way for outsiders to harass and intimidate voters at the polls.

We can’t let these changes happen. Our representatives in the House and Senate must vote against any bill that eliminates drop boxes or allows out-of-county poll watchers.

We can’t let democracy fall by the wayside -- so please call your PA House representative and Senator today. You can find their phone numbers here.

Here’s an idea of what to say: My name is [YOUR NAME] and I live in [YOUR TOWN]. I believe that all voters should be able to safely and securely cast their ballot in Pennsylvania, and that’s why I encourage you to vote NO on any bill that eliminates drop boxes or allows out-of-county poll watchers.
