Stiffer laws for passing a stopped bus with its sign out.

We the people for a more safer state, wish to petition the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for tougher punishments for passing a school bus with the stop sign out.
We are also seeking to have more funding to cover the costs for all school buses to have video cameras on the front and back of the stop signs.
The current punishment is not enough and hard to enforce due to no cameras.
We the people and your constituents are concerned due to the recent outbreak of children dying due to passing stopped school buses.
The future of this country needs to be better protected and safer getting on and off the buses.
the following should be the punishment:
1st offense: $500 fine and 3 points off
2ed offense: 6 month license suspension
3ed offense 2 years jail time. No parole. Removal of license.
Injury: attempted manslaughter charges, child endangerment charges. Min. Of 10 years plus restitution for injuries.
Death: automatic manslaughter or vehicular homicide charges. Life in prison.
