Many states already have this in place, and it works.  Why can't Pennsylvania be a part of that also. I am a medical marijuana card holder and its incredible how high prices are in dispensaries.  If this is supposed to be medicine, why isn't it affordable?  By having such high cost makes people resort to cheaper methods to get their medication, and it's not always a legal way of obtaining it.  Most people don't care about the legalities when they are in pain.  So my petition is to legalize it all together and ill list the reason why: 1.  To end the black market and take the money out of the hands of criminals. 2. To ensure better quality product that is controlled and inspected by many professionals. 3. Black market products contain harmful additives that in a controlled environment should never be present, therefore chances of ingesting those additives should never arise and can deliver confidence and trust.  4.  After full legalization the cost of products declines and makes them more affordable and allows the user to explore more products that were to expensive to try.  5.  The product controlled or not is readily available for consumers of any age, by eliminating the black market, will allow only the correct age to buy the products, the same as tobacco is monitored and sold.
