1. The reason behind this petition is as described in the title impeach Tom Wolf. 

1. As citizens of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania we feel Governor Tom Wolf has not upheld his sworn oath to support, obey,  and defend the constitution of the United States and the constitution of the Commonwealths.

On March 19th 2020 Governor Tom Wolf ordered gun store's to as they were non-essental. That violated the constitution and infringed on 3 three amendments.

1. The 2nd, second amendment the right to bear arms.

2. The 5th fifth amendment.

3. The 14th fourteenth amendment.

We as citizens of Pennsylvania and the United States feel with even the short time closer of gun stores our rights were impacted, impeaded, and infringed on our constitution states we have the right to bear arms for our protection.

This was dismissed by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Sunday March 22nd 2020. After dismissal the gun stores were reopened. That is not the point in this case the sheer fact that he closed or attempt to close firearm stores in a time of crisis, a time of war on a pandemic is considered an act of not only infringement but also an act of terrorism on the people he took an oath for.

It's not just grounds for impeachment it's also grounds for criminal action's we who support the constitution are angered, irritated, and will not let Governor Wolf's actions to infringe our rights even for a short time go with no consequences for his actions.

We the people of Pennsylvania need to stand together put differences a side and Unite as one to make sure this doesn't happen again.
