DARAK WILLIAMS was convicted of a crime that he did not commit and as a result the Lackawanna county judicial Court, JUDGE BARRASSE is refusing to answer any motion/petition that's being filed to the court. On OCTOBER 2, 2020 DARAK WILLIAMS filed a motion requesting to have his discovery. The district attorney's office only gave DARAK WILLIAMS partial evidence, they are excluding the evidence that will prove his innocence. A motion was filed before Judge BARRASSE requesting the services of world renown pathologist (medical expert) DR. CYRIL WECHT, however he refused to answer the motion. It has been nearly a year and Judge Barrasse has not responded to the motion. As a result DARAK WILLIAMS's family had to pay from their own pockets to retain the services of DR. CYRIL WECHT. On February 5, 2021 DARAK WILLIAMS filed a motion for the judge to require the district attorney to turn over ALL the evidence, because according to DR. CYRIL WECHT some of the evidence was missing including microscopic tissue slides. This evidence is essential to Darak Williams's case because previous medical experts claimed that the microscopic tissue slides would be enough evidence to exonerate Mr. Williams. It is strongly suspected that Judge Barrasse is refusing to enforce this evidence from the district attorney's office because it may stain his credibility to have falsely convicted Darak Williams. On MARCH 17, 2021 the district attorney stated, "we didn't submit all the evidence in the case" which is considered corruption.
