For those of us who are old enough to remember September 11, 2001, it is a day that is impossible to forget. But, more than 80 million Americans weren’t born yet or are too young to remember the events that took place that fateful day.

Did you know that only 14 states in America require schools to teach the events of September 11, 2001? At the 9/11 Pentagon Memorial Fund, it is our mission to ensure that we never forget the lives we lost that day.

Over 20 years ago, the United States experienced the worst act of terrorism in its history; the coordinated hijacking of four commercial planes, the planned attack on symbolic targets, and the murder of innocent men, women, and children. Yet, the state of Pennsylvania currently does not require the teaching of September 11th in schools? Join us in urging Pennsylvania to take action and require that the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001, be a part of their public school curriculum.
