The many reasons this needs to be changed is for one dry herb vaporizers are very expensive ranging from 100-300 and up also. most people who  participate in the pa mmj program are on a fixed income and can’t afford the devices they need for there medical needs also being able to afford the products can be difficult for some  due to very steep prices another reason it requires all patients who use these devices to have electricity in order to charge the battery and with the covid 19 pandemic many people have fallen to financial hardship and many people are still struggling to gain stable employment and some cant pay rent or bills.  also due to the pact act which bans all online sales of vaporizers hurts a state like pa who requires vaporization only for dry leaf products so patients who found better deals online to buy their equipment to use there mmj can no longer use that as an option and the vaporizers at the local dispensary are outrageously over priced. Also amending this will allow to buy cheaper devices such as pipes, rolling papers ect. Lets all stand together and get this changed i know it would make things for pa mmj patients very much easier
