Pedestrian crossing outside Cavendish school

Pedestrian crossing outside Cavendish school
Why this petition matters
On Tuesday 10th May, a serious accident occurred on Eldon Road outside Cavendish school. For many of us locally, we know that Eldon Road is a busy road that can be dangerous to cross. The County Council have responsibility for road safety. To safeguard both students at Cavendish and local residents, we call on East Sussex County Council to put a dedicated pedestrian crossing in place immediately outside Cavendish school. This will increase safety, encourage more careful and thoughtful driving, and improve our local area. Please sign our petition and make our streets safer.
