Renaming the pedestrian bridge

On June 16, 2019 we lost a very special person to misadventure on the pedestrian bridge in downtown Galt. The bridge was recently named after a mayor who is no longer in term and who lots of us were glad to see go. Family and friends use this place as a peaceful place to remember Colton and the special place he held in our lives. Unfortunately people are disgracing all memorials we are leaving down there so having it named Colton’s Crossing is something no one can take away. It might also remind others who want to be brave and get that one great selfie how dangerous it can turn.
