Current status in the case of Preston Chase Peeks, case#210304001B (date issued 3/10/2021), no leads, no arrests, and Jon communication with Law Enforcement.

The Detective assigned to this Missing Person's case is placed with the burden to gather information.

A timeline needs to be established when the person stopped all communication. Which family and friends have provided this information. The Detective also has to determine if foul play caused Preston to become missing.

Some evidence, that the family provided and also some statements/confessions that were made to Pickens County Alabama Law Enforcement should have lead to many arrests. 

We need to ensure that EXPERTS are working on this missing person/murder case.

Pickens County Alabama Law Enforcement should allow other agencies to be included in this investigation.

It's not a crime to be a Missing Person. 

Preston's family and friends have become "detectives" providing Pickens County Law Enforcement many leads.

We are asking you to sign this petition to demand that Pickens County Law Enforcement follow up on leads and to allow other agencies to help with this investigation.

Also, if Pickens County Law Enforcement does follow up on a lead, and that lead is determined to be misleading/false. We ask that this person be arrested and charged with giving false information and aiding in the disappearance/murder of Preston Chase Peeks. The family has been lied to enough.
