Why in the 20th century are we still beating ourselves over the head with ever larger weapons?

Can a government, EU or UN official please sort out the mess in Northern Cyprus! In 1974 the Cypriot government failed to implement UN Race Relations Regulations to foreign residents. The Turkish government on the other hand failed to abide by EU Laws!

CONCLUSION: Cyprus, Hongkong, Ukraine and Taiwan need to sign a Race Relations treaty to allow foreign residents equal rights. Turkey, China and Russia have to accept the UN treaty not to invade any state. Alternatively they are banned from future trade.
