The purpose of this petition is to demand that PCC Markets pays all of their hourly employees $4/Hr. Pandemic Pay, with no strings attached or that CEO Suzy Monford resigns effective immediately. The pandemic pay is not permanent & would mirror the ordinance passed by the city of Seattle & signed into law by Mayor Jenny Durkan. 

Employees across the store’s 15 locations have been putting their health & safety at great risk on a daily basis in order earn a living & provide an essential service to the community. Suzy Monford & a majority of the staff in the corporate office have the luxury of working from home. We believe that all hourly employees should be recognized for their contributions during the COVID-19 pandemic & compensated accordingly.
