My Paytm account has been blocked for a reason and they are not giving me a valid reason

My Paytm Mall account is blocked by Paytm from a past few months and when I try to order any product  I am unable to place an order and I get a error message stating Sorry this transaction is declined as our system surveillance bot has flagged your account for suspicious activity. I tried reaching them on the Paytm support and Twitter  But I didn't get a resolution and below is their standard answer to my question.

Hi, Your account has been flagged by our system for abusing our transaction policies and has been temporarily restricted to use promotions and offers. This type of policy abuse indicates misuse of offers, promotion, returns, refunds etc. Our system regularly scans the transaction history from each account and flags accounts where policies have been breached. Thanks

As a consumer I have rights to ask what is the policy I have breached. I am just a normal person who ordered things from online websites like Paytm, Flipkart, amazon like everybody else. I have never been ill treated by any customer support like this in my life. Other websites like Flipkart and Amazon have a great customer response. Don't forget that we users have made what you are today. Without us you are nothing. Remember this. 

I want you to either unlock my account or give me a valid reason behind the account lockout.
