Force Paypal to provide actual Seller Protection against Chargeback fraud, and more options for control of payments

- If you have sold on eBay and used Paypal, at some point you will get caught in the Chargeback scam.  Someone buy a product from you, pays through paypal (In which case you have no idea HOW they paid) and you get your money.  You ship the product, they get it.  THEN...all of a sudden you get a chargeback!  Dont worry, you are covered by PayPal seller protection cause you shipped to a CONFIRMED address...right?  NOPE.  If you lose the chargeback with the credit card company PayPal will take YOUR money.  Eventhough it says you are protected.... you are not.

If somone hacks into Paypal security, they are not liable.  If someone just doesnt like what you sold them, regardless of reason, and they do a chargeback, they are not liable.  If there is an unauthorized account in PayPal (That they SHOULD be preventing) and there is a chargeback, they are not liable.

Get the picture?

Paypal states they run the m ost secure site.  You follow all the precautions and trust them.  But if one of THEIR security measures fail, YOU are liable?  How is that fair?

It isn't.  The problem is...if you sell on eBay you have NO other option for payment.

Here is what needs to change, and I need YOUR help changing it!

1) PayPal needs to take accountability for chargebacks in their seller protection

2) Give you the option to NOT accept credit cards through PayPal

3) Update, in plain language, next to seller protection, what is NOT protected.

It's time this company was actually for its customers, and not JUST the $$.

PLEASE HELP.  ANYONE that sells on eBay MUST read this.  Maybe we can make a difference.

I need your help!
